The New Home Company has quickly established itself as the premiere homebuilder in California. He has 30 years of home building experience throughout Northern California. As the region expanded, he later managed operations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Central Valley as President of John Laing Homes Northern California. Prior to joining John Laing Homes, Kevin was President of Ryland Homes’ Sacramento division. Kevin worked as Vice President of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning with Dunmore Homes from 1986 to 1994. Over the past 30 years Kevin has been involved with the planning, developing and building of over 15,000 homes in Northern California.

The 128 lot acquisition is the latest in a series of purchases made by TNHC, prompting the company to relocate into expanded Roseville offices. Last month the company announced 85 new homes to be built on redeveloped land in Larkspur, located in Marin County. The announcement was made by TNHC Northern California Division President Kevin Carson. The Parkway is a 612 acre community featuring 24 acres of parks and 205 acres of open space located five miles from Intel’s Folsom campus, at Blue Ravine and Parkway Drive North. These are the first single family homes to be built on The Parkway in three years. Carson anticipates TNHC’s first model homes will open in July of 2012. Kevin serves as the Northern California President for The New Home Company.
